Baker’s Mews
North Parramatta, Sydney, 2007. Designed by Freeman Ryan Design.
The histories of previous residents were told across the mews with installations expressing their tangible and intangible remnants, including archaeological artefacts displayed within the park’s benches and the phrases of past terms, now inscribed in stone.

Phrases related to the site were inscribed in stone, including The culture of the grape-vine, part of a book title by George Suttor, whose vineyard was cultivated on the site.
